Purchase not showing
Open Player File and choose Restore Purchase while signed into the same Apple or Google store account that made the purchase.
Reminder not arriving
Turn One Case a Day off and on again, then allow notifications when the system asks. The rest of the game works if notification permission is denied.
Delete local data
Choose Erase Local Data in Player File. This removes local player setup, choices, scores, progress, streak, reminder preference, and world navigation preference, and cancels the reminder. Store purchases can still be restored.
